posee (camera app)

A camera app built for photos taken by others. Pose guides direct the photographer — no filters needed. Following an office move, the schedule has been adjusted, with App Store submission and release planned for September.

Why I built it

Photos taken by others fail because the subject loses control. posee overlays pose silhouettes on the camera so whoever is shooting — partner, friend, family — gets guided in the moment.

How it's being built

Built with React Native / Expo. Six poses per category (STAND, SIT, CAFE, UPPER…) plus a phone-angle guide. The office move caused a slight delay, but App Store submission and release are targeted for September.
